Leader. Educator. Advocate.

I’ve always been a problem solver, but I’ve learned that the most effective solutions aren't just about efficiency—they’re about understanding the people you're working for. Whether I’m leading a classroom or working for a global tech company, my goal remains the same: to listen, to observe, and to build pathways that make people's lives easier and their work more meaningful.

My path has been unconventional, and I’m proud of that. I started my career as a classroom teacher in New York City, where I saw firsthand that even the most complex challenges—like supporting thousands of struggling readers—could be solved by creating sustainable, thoughtful models. That time taught me that technology and strategy are only as good as the human connection behind them.

Today, I’m managing global operations and framework development at Kong Inc. It’s a different environment, but the mission feels similar: I design and scale programs that help high-growth teams execute with precision. I’ve found that my ability to see issues from multiple angles—to balance the 'what' of a business strategy with the 'who' of a team’s culture—is where I bring the most value.

I believe that true excellence is a blend of meticulous detail, a creative spirit, and the grace to navigate change with others. I’m a builder at heart, always looking for ways to foster a more harmonious, productive way of working together.
